Hi, I’m Cassie!
I’m the lead planner and owner of this little, helpful corner of the internet called CallMeCastle Travel.
I’ve been to 15 countries, over 35 national/state parks and nothing makes me happier than being on the road in a new place. I've been trip planning and consulting for over 7 years now. Researching new places is a genuine hobby of mine and I absolutely love helping people see the world the way I have.

How It Works

1. CONSULT CALL
We’ll hop on a call and chat about your exact needs. This is important because it helps both of us figure out if we are the right fit for one another! I will follow up with a fun questionnaire to further establish your trip priorities. Nailing down priorities will help us with your budget, time management, expectations, and your actual experience in the end.

2. MEETING
Next we’ll meet, in person or virtually, to discuss the significant aspects of planning your trip - budget, flights, and lodging. After the questionnaire, I’ll have a great idea of your boundaries so I can come prepared with the correct types of suggestions. This is also the time to let me know your “must-dos” and “can live withouts”.

3. ITINERARY DELIVERY
You will receive an editable Google document or folder that has all of my suggestions for each part of your trip according to everything we discussed. We work on a section at a time and the goal is to never overwhelm you, but empower you. Sections can include all the information for flights, accommodation, activities and of course, the eats!

4. YOU DO THE BOOKING
With all of my suggestions in one place, you are able to go through the vetted options with your travel buddies and book your favorites at your leisure. This way, there are no deadlines, no stress, and you maintain full control of your own finances.

However, I find a new place deliciously intriguing if you take some time to learn about it and plan exciting things to look forward to. This gives you some control. I’d like you to think of me as a confidant for all of your travel-related questions and concerns. A real-life Pinterest board of tips, tricks, and inspiration for your chosen location. I want to help ease any fears you may have while also focusing on boosting your confidence in your itinerary and trip. Travel has taught me how to be flexible and not afraid of the unexpected. It is a great way to get out of your comfort zone and grow.
